The general topic of this year’s conference will be:
Active citizen participation through new media
The conference is expected to be attended by civic activists, media and information society experts, representatives of the local and central government, the diplomatic core from Macedonia, the Western Balkans region and the EU – primarily from France thanks to the projects for decentralized cooperation between the Lower Normandy region and Macedonia and Auvergne and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
