Brainstorming session for National Information Society Task Force will take place on 3-4 of December 2004 at the Club of Parliamentarians with the main objective to provide substantive input for the National Information Society Policy, ICT Strategy and the Action Plan.
The brainstorm session will be designed and perform by facilitating dialogue on ICT for development as a moving force of the economic development and support of the process of building a knowledge based economy. This two days event should result with the first outline of the Strategy and the AP. The brainstorm session will provide participants the opportunity to work divided into working groups and focuses on four thematic issues define by the working groups.
Principal Facilitators on the session will be Mr. Ivar Tallo and Mr. Arvo Ott, supported by Mr. Viktor Pocajt and Mr. Milan Kukrika.
