Macedonia’s OER Declaration is based on UNESCO’s 2012 Paris OER Declaration. The Open Access Week is marked for the seventh time, this year taking place from October 21 to October 27 on the topic ‘Open Access: Redefining the impact.’
The goal of the Alliance is to create an environment of acceptance for the OER Declaration in the Republic of Macedonia, enabling the promotion of the open education concept in order to raise the quality of the whole education system.
The Alliance for Open Educational Resources is a group composed of individuals, organizations, institutions operating as an informal network with a common goal – awareness raising and capacity building of the academic and scientific community for the creation and use of open educational resources in the Republic of Macedonia.
