The international conference “Democracy and Development – Developing ecosystems in Q4: The new role of civil society organizations and businesses in the millennium development goals” organized by the Pontis Foundation was held on October 15 in Bratislava, Slovakia.
During the round table discussion on “Efficient tools for citizen participation in the public policies in the Western Balkans”, a representative of Metamorphosis presented the public policy paper: “Increasing the use of gov.mk websites as tools for transparency, accountability and e-participation”.
Various topics were covered at 7 round tables during the conference, with several key speakers who discussed about their topics and answered participants’ questions.
Representatives of state institutions from the Q4 countries were speaking at the event, as well as representatives of nongovernmental organizations, academicians, entrepreneurs, media, professionals and experts in the field of cooperation for development.
