The training on the topic of “Project management according to EU rules” was conducted on October 15-17, 2014 at the Aurora hotel in Berovo for grantees of the “Good Governance Action Network” project.
At the three-day training, Aleksandar Kolekeski from MCET discussed about several issues on the topic and participants had the opportunity to apply what they learned, directly through practical exercises. During the first day, participants were familiarized with the EU project management rules, and during the second day they had an opportunity to learn more about the indicators for successful projects, risks and assumptions. During the last day of the training, participants had an opportunity to work on developing project concepts that were later evaluated.
This is the second training of the series of trainings to be conducted in the upcoming period, within the framework of the “Good Governance Action Network” project, implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation in partnership with MCET and Reactor, with financial support from the European Commission through the IPA CIVIL SOCIETY FACILITY (CSF) 2012-2013 program.
