Health 2.0 Europe 2013 will show off technologies transforming healthcare
The 4th annual Health 2.0 Europe will gather over 500 entrepreneurs, investors, health professionals, patients, pharma, insurers to network and witness live demos of technologies transforming European healthcare.
A new EU-funded project called “GET” will be launched, which is designed to support health entrepreneurs and SMEs at various phases of their development.
Organized in partnership with the National Health Service England, NHS Director Tim Kelsey will share his plan to open the NHS and its data to entrepreneurs while Director of Strategic Systems and Technology Beverley Bryant and CTO Alex Abbot will share essential orientation keys to engage with the system.
The conference will also be the opportunity to launch a new EU-funded project called “GET”. It will deliver high-impact services to eHealth SMEs and entrepreneurs in order to boost their growth and move them to the next level of competitiveness. It will offer training, mentoring, market intelligence, support and, above all, quality contacts.
Network and watch live demos
Health 2.0 started as a company. It’s now a global movement. The 4th edition will take place on November 17-19 in London and gather over 500 attendees – all coming together to network, see who’s doing what and witness live demos of technologies that will transform European healthcare in the future.
Sessions will focus on big data, Health 2.0 tools for the elderly, empowering patients and enriching their relationship with providers, opportunities and challenges in Central and Eastern Europe, the new role of pharma in improving outcomes, why and how investors should support digital health, and much more.
“Health 2.0 is fantastic. I am really hoping that Health 2.0 London will become a regular event where people can come and demonstrate what they are doing.” Tim Kelsey, National Director for Patients and Information of the NHS
