The Evaluation measured user satisfaction and impact of USAID-funded eGov Project activities on e-government development in Macedonia (2004-2009) through the five Government to Business (G2B) Project applications.

The objectives of the Evaluation included measuring the satisfaction of the users with the five G2B Project Applications developed in Macedonia with the support of the USAID-funded eGov Project, including reasons for satisfaction and dissatisfaction;
Impact of these services on the user’s business performance; and
To what extend the work of the eGov Project influenced and facilitated the process of e-government development in Macedonia. The process consisted of a survey of 450 companies, and other kinds of research.
