As part of the “CyberShield: Empowered Citizens for Cyber Resilience” project, the Metamorphosis Foundation held three cyber security trainings for organizations that work with marginalized groups of citizens. As a continuation of the training, the Metamorphosis Foundation prepared plans for digital security for six civic organizations that work with marginalized groups.

The goal of personalized digital security plans is to ensure a systematic implementation of cyber security practices. This not only helps organizations build their cyber resilience, but also indirectly helps them serve their end users well.

The six organizations for which a digital security plan was prepared were physically visited by a cybersecurity expert. In addition to the plan for digital security, organizations also receive recommendations for improving digital security in their internal and external operations.

Plans for digital security were developed for ZG Ljubeznost, Association Initiative for Women’s Rights from Shuto Orizari, Association MIR, The First Children’s Embassy in the World Megjashi, Women’s Organisation of the Municipality of Bitola and the Center for Climate Change.

The project “CyberShield: Empowered Citizens for Cyber Resilience” is supported by the National Interventions grant for the regional project “SMART Balkans—Civil Society for Shared Society in the Western Balkans” implemented by Centar za promociju civilnog društva (CPCD) (Center for Civil Society Promotion), Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) and the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), and financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway.
