The ICEDA partners in cooperation with the ICEDA host partner MJAFT Movement (Albania) are organizing regional Dialogues for the Digital Agenda, this time on the topic of “Public services – Going Fully Digital“. The event will be held on September 23 in Tirana (Hotel Xheko Imperial), and it will gather representatives of relevant institutions, civil society, and other stakeholders from Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.

The event will serve as a space for discussing the public e-services offered in the Western Balkan region, challenges of fully transitioning from offline to online service delivery, the capacities, willingness and practice of public institutions to provide public services online, as well as to emphasize the importance of citizens’ inclusiveness into the process of policy making in the digital environment.

In addition to the physical presence, the event can also be followed live via the ZOOM platform, or via the ICEDA project Facebook page (@ICEDAproject).

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we ask all those interested to confirm their presence by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/kBt1MfcnUPTz82GEA, the latest by September 21, and indicate whether they will attend the event on the premises or follow the event online.

The events are part of the regional project Increasing Civic Engagement in the Digital Agenda – ICEDA, which promotes better inclusion of citizens in shaping and implementing the Digital Agenda in the Western Balkans. It is financially supported by the European Union.
