As part of the USAID Civic Engagement Project, the Metamorphosis Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Information Society and Administration, organized an initial online meeting to conduct activities for opening the data of five state institutions. The meeting took place on 17 June 2020. At the meeting were presented the planned activities for the coming period, the time frame and the manner of conducting the activities in the institutions.
The meeting was opened by Qendresa Sulejmani, Program Director at the Metamorphosis Foundation and the Minister of Information Society and Administration, Damjan Mančevski, and was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Local Self-Government, the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption, the State Revenue Office, the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre and the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.
In the coming period, the Metamorphosis Foundation, within the USAID Civic Engagement Project, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Information Society and Administration will provide technical assistance to the abovementioned institutions to improve the use of open data.
