The Metamorphosis Foundation is pleased to invite all past, current and future job applicants, representatives of employers from the private, public and non-governmental sectors, the media, and any other interested individuals who want to know more about how to protect the privacy of the job candidates on the sixth “Privacy Talk” which will be held on Thursday, April 7, in the period from 15:00 to 16:30 on the ZOOM platform.

Arben Gudaci is the speaker on this “Privacy Talk”, an expert on personal data protection, and the participants will have the opportunity to get answers to the following questions:
- How should employers handle candidate data contained in job applications?
- Within what period and for what purpose can employers keep the data of the candidates whose applications were not accepted?
- What can candidates do if they think their personal information has been unauthorized stored, processed or shared?
During the meeting, time will be provided for discussion and exchange of views and practical experiences with the protection of personal data in the process of connection between employers and potential job candidates.
