Open Call for Expert Engagement
Development of By-laws and OGP National Action Plan 2027–2029
Metamorphosis Foundation, in partnership with the Center for Civil Communications and with support from the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Secretariat, announces an Open Call for Expert Engagement within the project “OpenGov Together: Supporting Implementation and Designing the Future.”
Subject of the Call
The Call aims to engage one or more experts to support:
the development of by-laws related to the commitment “Digitalization of political party financial reporting processes” (OGP NAP 2024–2026), and
the preparation of the OGP National Action Plan 2027–2029 through an inclusive, multi-stakeholder co-creation process involving public institutions, civil society, and other stakeholders.

About the Project
This Call is implemented under the project OpenGov Together: Supporting Implementation and Designing the Future, led by Metamorphosis Foundation in partnership with the Center for Civil Communications, with support from the Open Government Partnership Secretariat.
