The Metamorphosis Foundation for Internet and Society announces Request for Proposals (RFP) for procurement of a “News Alert” AI-supported Software Solution
Metamorphosis Foundation seeks to procure and deploy a software solution (“News Alert”) that ingests news items, processes them using AI-assisted features (clustering, sentiment, similarity, categorization), and automatically produces an alert draft for editorial review and publication. The objective is to streamline monitoring and alerting workflows while preserving human oversight and editorial control.
This procurement is conducted under the Western Balkans Anti-Disinformation Hub (WBADH) project, supported by the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The project’s main goal is to expose foreign malign influence in the Western Balkans by debunking and mapping the flow of disinformation, misinformation, and propaganda originating from external actors across the region.

The deadline for delivering the offers is extended to 20 June 2025, 17:00.
Offers must be delivered in hard copy by a carrier or in person to Metamorphosis Foundation’s premises at ul. Franklin Ruzvelt 19, Skopje. The offer must be delivered in one closed envelope marked “RFP – News Alert – [Vendor Name]” while the bottom left side should be marked “DO NOT OPEN”. Offers can also be delivered in electronic format by email to filip@metamorphosis.org.mk with subject “RFP – News Alert – [Vendor Name].”
Each bidder can participate with one offer only.
The Metamorphosis Foundation reserves the right to contact only selected offerors. By sending the offer, you agree that to your personal data being processed and stored for the purposes of the project that implements this Call, and in order to implement the activities within the framework of the project, in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection and relevant regulation.
