Metamorphosis Foundation is seeking for:
Project coordinator that would implement complex projects related to good governance, building capacities of civil society organizations and institutions and protection of human rights in the digital sphere.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Completed higher education
- At least 5 years of work experience with projects funded by the EU or other international donors
- High proficiency in Macedonian language (oral and written)
- High proficiency in English language (oral and written)
- Analytical abilities and readiness for learning
- Positive attitude and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Driving license category B
- Readiness for business trips in the country and abroad
Grants/finance administrator that would manage the administrative and finance aspects during the allocation of grants to civil society organizations, including mentoring grantees and monitoring of achievements thereof.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Completed higher education
- At least 5 years of work experience in the area of administration/finance in projects funded by the EU or other international donors
- High proficiency in Macedonian language (oral and written)
- High proficiency in English language (oral and written)
- Analytical abilities and readiness for learning
- Positive attitude and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Driving license category B
- Readiness for business trips in the country and abroad
Regarding both vacancies, advantage will be given to candidates with:
- Relevant work experience in the civil sector
- Experience in organizing events
- High proficiency in Albanian language (oral and written) and/or other languages
