Towards Harmonization of the Legal Framework of North Macedonia with the EU Digital Services Act

This text is a translation of part of the analysis “Towards a Feasible Implementation of the Digital Services Act in the Western Balkans” and presents the results of the research conducted during March and April 2024, with the aim of assessing the readiness of the public and civil sectors in North Macedonia for the adoption and implementation of regulations under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

In addition to the overview of the situation in North Macedonia, the analysis also presents the situation in other Western Balkan countries and provides practical examples from several EU member states.
