Visualization – e-services in the Western Balkan, and why they matter

We can define government eServices as automated services that are easier to use for the citizens.

They represent an effective solution when it comes to good governance, and they increase government transparency.

By simplifying the procedures and ensuring openness, the citizens’ engagement also improves, which further leads to a higher trust rate in the institutions.

This visualization is available in English, Macedonian, Albanian, Serbian and Montenegrin.
