On May 5, 2025, a meeting between representatives of the Metamorphosis Foundation and the Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, took place at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the Republic of North Macedonia. The main topic was the Metamorphosis initiative to harmonize national legislation with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), which has already been accepted by the Government and included in its Work Program for 2025.
The meeting discussed the specific steps that need to be taken for the successful implementation of this initiative, with a special focus on the role of the civil society sector and the need to include all stakeholders in the process.
The Metamorphosis Foundation will actively participate in the process of reforming the legislative framework to enable a safer, more transparent, and fair digital ecosystem in the country.
