Metamorphosis Foundation, in cooperation with the Prespa Institute and as part of the Citizens’ Alliance for Reform and Growth – CARGrow, contributed to the development of a methodology for monitoring the implementation of the Reform Agenda with an emphasis on the key area of ”Digital Transition” and prepared an overview of progress in this area.
The publication “Beyond the Promises: The Reform Agenda under scrutiny” contains the methodological framework for monitoring the implementation of the Reform Agenda, which the participants in the Citizens’ Alliance for Reform and Growth – CARGrow project developed jointly within the framework of the project. The publication also contains a basic assessment of the current situation in each of the areas of the Reform Agenda.
The project was implemented with the support of the EU Enlargement and Fundamental Values Fund of the Government of the Republic of Ireland, through the Embassy in Bucharest.
