The Metamorphosis Foundation continues to offer trainings on the impact of new technologies on the exercise of digital rights. On February 23, 2024, the second training of this type was held in the premises of the Public Room, and the next one is on March 6, 2024.

These trainings are intended for representatives of civil society organizations as a first step in raising awareness among the general public. This time our focus is on those organizations that work with marginalized groups, who are particularly vulnerable to human rights violations.

The purpose of the training is

  • to enable representatives of civil society organizations to learn more about the impact of new technologies, i.e. how they affect human rights on the internet
  • to strengthen their competences in sharing their concerns with decision-makers,
  • to educate their target groups about the potential risks to their human rights online, imposed by new technologies.

The Metamorphosis Foundation is establishing a Coalition for Responsible Artificial Intelligence. Building the capacities of civil society organizations, especially those working with marginalized groups, is just one step towards building a coalition of stakeholders who care about the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

The activities are part of the project “Human Rights Protection in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation for Internet and Society, with financial support from the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI – American Bar Association – Rule of Law Initiative).
