The third Chain Reaction, an event organized by Upgrade! International Network will be held in Skopje on 11-14 September.
Chain Reaction is a joint effort of Line Initiative and Movement together with other organizations, the members of Upgrade! International Network, a cultural digital art festival encompassing exhibitions, video screenings, streaming live performances and a program of lectures and workshops examining different aspects of digital art.
Chain Reaction unites artists, curators and art producers from more than 20 cities in Asia, Canada, Europe, United States, South America, South Africa, New Zealand. It examines the issues of cultural growth and development in the Western Balkan region and within digital networks. By displaying works and presentations of more than 50 international artists, the organizers expect the event to be a catalyst of dialogue, future cooperation and cultural understanding.
