Bardil

Bardhyl Jashari

Bardhyl Jashari is the director of Metamorphosis Foundation (Macedonia). His professional interests are mainly in the sphere of new technologies, media, civic activism, e-government and participation. Previously he worked as Information Program Coordinator of the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia. In both capacities, he has run national and international-scope projects, involving tight cooperation with other international organizations, governmental bodies, the business and the civic sector.

He is a member of the National Council for Information Society of Macedonia and National Expert for Macedonia of the UN World Summit Award. In the past he was a member of the Task Force for National Strategy for Information Society Development and served as a commissioner at the Agency for Electronic Communication (26.04.2005  -  06.10.2010).

Bardhyl holds a master degree at Paris 12 University-Faculty of Public Administration (France) and an Information System Designer Degree from University of Zagreb (Croatia).

Filip Stojanovski

He holds a BSc Degree  in  Computer  Science  from Graceland University  (USA) and Masters in e-business management from Université Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne (France).

Since 1995 he has been active  in  the Macedonian civil society through  volunteer  projects  in  the  area  of  consumer  protection  and  e-publishing,  and  through  professional involvement as an IT expert. He is also a contributor on information society topics to the traditional and new media in Macedonia.

His responsibilities within Metamorphosis Foundation include project coordination, research and PR. In 2005 served as a member of the Task Force for National Strategy for Information Society Development.

Elida

Elida Zylbeari

Elida Zylbeari holds a bachelor degree in Communication sciences. Enrolled in SEE University in Skopje, currently she is obtaining master’s degree on Diplomacy.

Works at Metamorphosis Foundation as project coordinator on projects related to freedom of speech and projects related to strengthening media in Macedonia.

Since February 2012 she is editor in chief of the informative portal www.portalb.mk. Also, from 2012 until 2014 she was the editor in chief of the Albanian version of the project Media Fact-Checking Service - http://verifikimiifakteve.mk/

Tamara

Tamara Resavska

She holds a Masters Degree in Communications from the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research at Ss.Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and Bachelors Degree in Communication sciences from South East European University in Tetovo.

She coordinates the Open Educational Resources Initiative and works on Online Privacy Projects. She has participated in several research projects on the topics of Privacy Policy, Free access to public information, Children’s safety and privacy on the Internet. She is the author of several publications and also is a social media trainer.

Vladimir

Vladimir Petreski

Editor of the Macedonian Media Fact Checking Service (MFCS - proverkanafakti.mk).

He is a long-term journalist & editor. He has been part of Mlad Borec magazine, Demokratski Forum, Republika, Republika Mladost  (Republika Youth), MILS – Macedonian Information & Liaison Service (later renamed as MIC – Macedonian Information Centre).

In the last 5 years, prior to becoming MFSC editor – he was business editor at the Spic daily newspaper (2009-2011), and later on at Plusinfo (plusinfo.mk - 2011-2012), Libertas (libertas.mk – 2012) and NovaTV (novatv.mk – 2013) news web sites.

Dona1

Dona Dzambaska

Dona obtained her bachelor degree in environmental engineering at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and the University of Florence (Italy). At the moment she is doing her master studies in eco-informatics at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FINKI) in Skopje. She is part of the project team of Metamorphosis, where she has worked for several years as a program assistant on various projects related to open data, good governance, online activism, freedom of expression, human rights on the internet etc.

Dona is also an active contributor and member of the Global Voices Online community.

In her free time she does photography.

Adriana

Adrijana Selmani

She has several years of working experience in the worldwide IT Corporation -Microsoft as an assistant in the Microsoft in Education program in Microsoft Macedonia and Kosovo, several months of working experience in the NGO sector. She speaks 9 languages ​​including her native language. She has an extensive knowledge in administrative work, technology, training and teamwork that have been proven many times during her several years of working experience.

In the Metamorphosis Foundation she is an assistant for the following programs:

  • Human rights
  • Social Innovation
  • Good Governance
  • Environment
Goce

Goce Arsovski

Graduated psychologist from the Faculty of Philosophy at the State University St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. Within the Metamorphosis Foundation works as a project assistant.

Professional interest and involvement mainly in the field of methodology, instruments and opportunities for using new technologies in research. Special interest in the qualitative methods.

Participates in several ongoing projects in Metamorphosis, with the formulation of instruments for data collection, statistical analysis and visualization and analysis of qualitative data. Goce constantly follows the trends in the field of education, with special emphasis on the Open Educational Resources (OER), free access to information and privacy online. He is an active contributor (translator) for the Global Voices Online community.

Lila

Ljiljana Cekic – Lazorovska

She graduated economy at the “Sveti Kiril i Metodij” University in Skopje. The largest part of her work experience is as an administrative finance assistant to the foreign projects funded by OSCE, World Bank and UN.

Her responsibilities within Metamorphosis Foundation include administrative matters and cost evidence as well as preparation of financial reports for the projects.

Anita

Anita Milanovska

Anita obtained her bachelors degree in Business Economics at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. Most of her working experience is within administration and finance, when working in international companies, as well as budgetary finance in education.

Her responsibilities as part of the Metamorphosis Foundation include paperwork, keeping record of expenses and preparation of financial project reports.

 

Filip N

Filip Neshkoski

Holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty for Mechanical Engineering in Skopje. 

His past work experience include web site and database development, and activities in quality control and ISO standards implementation.

His responsibilities in Metamorphosis are development and administration of web solutions, technical support of the Foundations Information System as well as support of several projects.
