Vladimir Lazovski

Board President

Chairman of the Board (June 2024 – June 2026)

Vladimir Lazovski has been actively engaged in the civil sector and consulting since 1999. His work primarily focuses on promoting social inclusion and advocating for the human and civil rights of marginalized groups, particularly individuals with disabilities, Roma communities, and children.

From 2017 to 2022, Vladimir served as the Deinstitutionalization Coordinator at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. Prior to this, from 2009-2016, he was the Executive Director of the assistive technology association “Open the Windows.” He has also led and managed numerous projects for both Macedonian and international organizations. His experience extends to a humanitarian mission in Darfur, Sudan, where he worked for one year, as well as consulting roles both domestically and internationally. His expertise includes strategic planning, management, research, analysis, public policy development and monitoring, and training.

Lazovski holds a degree in business management and currently serves as a regional expert on deinstitutionalization at SOS Children’s Villages.
