Second edition of the Metamorphosis ICT Guide was published. This edition is dedicated to Open Access. “Open access is the free online availability of digital content. It is best-known and most feasible for peer-reviewed scientific and scholarly journal articles, which scholars publish without expectation of payment”. The ICT Guide is a result of the cooperation between Metamorphosis Foundation and JISC and it is intended for everybody interested in open access, especially for students, professors, researchers, publishing houses.
