Digital-born Media Carnival is an event which will be held from 14th to 18th of July in Kotor, Montenegro. The conference is a joint initiative by SHARE Foundation, the OSCE Mission to Serbia and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands with support of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media.

Digital-born Media Carnival will gather more than 100 representatives of online media, info-researches, digital rights enthusiasts. The Main topics of the Carnival are fake news, ethics, sustainability, business models, creativity, innovation in reporting, manipulation, the online media market, surveillance, privacy, post-truth etc.

The event is designed for online media representatives, journalists, artists, bloggers and citizen journalists, hacktivists and activists, media and IT lawyers and advocates, human rights defenders, new media start-ups, academic representatives and researchers.
