On June 5, 2024, the Metamorphosis Foundation held a digital security training for employees of the partner organization HERA – Association for Health Education and Research. The training took place in the premises of the Metamorphosis Foundation in Skopje and was attended by a dozen participants.
At the training, the attendees got acquainted with the concept of digital fingerprint, the meaning of safety and security in the digital world and setting a good password and multi-factor authentication, as well as with the role of social engineering in security and protection.
The lecturers of the training were Goran Rizaov, manager of the Media for Democracy and Innovation Education program at the Metamorphosis Foundation and Nino Naumov, IT specialist at the Metamorphosis Foundation.
The training is part of the Program for Digital Activism, implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation, and supported by TechSoup Global, and aims to increase the capacities of civil society organizations from Macedonia, Serbia and Kosovo, especially in the direction of resistance to disinformation.
