Distinguished ladies and gentlemen,
We are pleased to invite you to be part of the conference “Privacy Protection in the Digital Era: In Pursuit of Common Solutions” which will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Hotel Arka in Skopje, starting at 10:00 AM. The conference is organized with the support of the European Union as part of the project “Privacy by Design – building an inclusive digital ecosystem,” implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation and the Association Konekt.
Conference participants will have the opportunity to discuss and learn more about the protection of digital rights and the activities of various stakeholders aimed at promoting and developing capacities for the protection of privacy and other human rights on the internet. Additionally, the conference will feature insights from data protection officers who were part of the project activities. You can find the full agenda for the conference at this link.
The working languages of the conference will be Macedonian, Albanian and English and simultaneous translation will be provided.
Anyone who wishes to participate is more than welcome. Participation is free, but the number of participants is limited. We kindly ask all those who want to be part of it to complete the form available at this link: Application Link.
For participants coming from outside Skopje, travel expenses to attend the event will be covered by the Metamorphosis Foundation. You will need to provide us with the original receipts and travel tickets so that we can give you a refund.
Privacy Notice: The event will be recorded, and the recording will be uploaded to the YouTube channel of the Metamorphosis Foundation after the event concludes. It will also be shared on the webpages and social media profiles of project partners and forwarded to the donor for project reporting purposes.
