From 26 October to 2 November 2020, the second edition of the Media Literacy Days will be organized by the Media Literacy Network.

During MLD 2020, all interested citizens will have the opportunity to engage in activities envisaged by this year’s program, which include: workshops, debates, webinars and other online events focused on various aspects of media literacy.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the MLD 2020 events will be organized and conducted online, following the example of the UNESCO’s Global Media and Information Literacy Week (14-31 October).

This is the second time that our country is involved in the celebration of the Global Week within which this year UNESCO called on all citizens to oppose disinfodemic using media literacy as a powerful tool and, no matter where they live and work in the world, to participate in the events dedicated to media literacy. That is why the motto of MLD 2020 is “Testing every news “, and will cover the following events:

Within the Media Literacy Days 2020, the project “The Critical Thinking for Mediawise Citizens – CriThink” implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation and Eurothink, with the support of the European Union, organizes two public events – panel discussions in the format of webinars:
