The French Institute in Skopje, in cooperation with the foundation Metamorphosis and the region of Normandy, is organizing the second edition of the “my mini video” open competition.
Young people aged from 18 to 28 (preferably Francophones or Anglophones), interested in the multimedia sphere, can take part in this open competition (smartphone with camera is required). The participants should be willing to freely express their opinion on a current and specific topic from the area of freedom of expression.
The most successful mini videos (3 minutes) will be presented at the newest edition of the French Film Festival, which will take place from 15 to 18 June 2016.
The winner of this open competition will attend the Off-Court festival, taking place in Trouville, Normandy, and will also get preparatory French lessons by the French Institute in Skopje.
Moreover, the two preparatory workshops that will take place on 12 and 13 May 2016 are organized in order to give the 15 selected participants the instructions for script writing, instructions for video realization as well as technical advices. Possible working languages: French, Macedonian, Albanian and English.
Send the open competition application form and the preparatory workshops form to culture@ifs.mk no later than 6 May 2016.
