The first three-day training on photo-activism organized by Metamorphosis (starting from December 12) was completed. The training was attended by 12 participants belonging to one of the previously specified categories: journalists, civil society activists and bloggers.
During the training, participants were able to learn about the technical aspects of the process of taking photos, acquire skills for advanced photo editing, listen to tips and tricks for a good photo composition, and many other things.
Participants had an opportunity to apply the skills acquired during the training through a practical exercise, by taking photos of preset themes. The photographs were then edited, reviewed and commented upon, in order to improve the skills of the trainees.
Due to the great interest for the training, more trainings of this type are planned, the first of which is to be held in January, 2014.
