Metamorfosis Foundation, as part of the activities within the project “Transparency and Accountability of State Institutions in the Republic of North Macedonia”, supported by the Open Society Foundation – Macedonia, held two trainings for representatives of civil society organizations.
The trainings were held on February 16 and 20, 2024 in Skopje and a total of 35 representatives of civil society organizations participated in them. At the one-day trainings, representatives of civil society organizations were introduced to the basics of the Openness Index.
During the training, the participants gained knowledge about access to public information, transparency of public sector institutions and open data; the integrity of public institutions and the role of non-governmental organizations in building the institutional integrity of public bodies, as well as strategic planning.
The activities are part of the project “Transparency and accountability of state institutions in RSM” implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation with financial support from the Open Society Foundation-Macedonia.
