Metamorphosis announced the results of the third six-month monitoring of the implementation of the Transparency Strategy (2019-2021). This monitoring assesses the implementation of the AP in two dimensions: (1) whether it is implemented in a timely manner and (2) whether it is implemented entirely from a random sample of 50 institutions: 16 ministries and 34 bodies of the executive branch of power. The results show that out of a total of 45 activities of the Action Plan, four are fully completed and twelve are ongoing, many of which are realized as part of other processes and programs of the institutions.
