The project activities are underway (will be completed by December 29, 2011) and the impact assessment should be completed by January 21, 2012.

The assessment should focus on the impact of the activities on the specified target group and to what extent the existing needs in the given area have been satisfied, both directly and in a wider societal context. The effectiveness, project deliverables and user satisfaction may be covered during the process. In addition to the publicly available data, the evaluators will also have at their disposal the archives of Metamorphosis and the project partners BlueLink – Bulgaria, Zamirnet and Eko Kvarner – Croatia, PROTECTA – Serbia, Computer Aid – United Kingdom, the staff of these organizations and the contact information of the direct project beneficiaries.

Part of the results of the assessment must also be recommendations for further actions (follow up) to meet the needs of citizens in the specific area of management of waste electrical and electronic equipment and in the general area of protecting the environment from the influence of this type of waste.

Legal entities may submit bids for the call – consulting companies and NGOs, as well as individual professional consultants with experience in project assesment which they will indicate with a portfolio of previous similar activities. Additionally, experience in the thematic areas of the project ‘Balkan e-waste Management Advocacy Network’ will be considered an advantage.

Each bid must contain a motivation letter, concise draft plan for assessment implementation, as well as a portfolio of the organization and CVs of the evaluators.

The deadline for submission of the bids is December 23, 2011, 14:00, exclusively via e-mail to elena@metamorphosis.org.mk.
