The ICEDA partners in cooperation with the ICEDA host partner Open Data Kosovo (Kosovo) are organizing regional Dialogues for the Digital Agenda, this time on the topic of “Digital Governance in the region through the Open Government Partnership and other Initiatives“. The event will be held on December 14 in Prishtina (Hotel Emerald) at 10:00, and it will gather representatives of relevant institutions, civil society, and other stakeholders from Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.

The event will explore deeper the topic of Open Government Partnership (OGP) in terms of the Digital Governance and will consist of two sessions in order to explore the main areas concerning digital transformation through OGP:

  • Session I: Digitalization – A priority in the Open Government Partnership National Action Plans of the Western Balkan countries (Successful stories)
  • Session II: Civic-centric policies – The role of the civic sector in the creation process of the Open Government Partnership National Action Plans

Each session will bring together the local and the regional government representatives, and CSOs, as well as those from the field to share and discuss not only their individual work efforts but provide a bigger picture in terms of the efforts being made in their own countries regarding these topics.

In addition to the physical presence, the event can also be followed live via the ZOOM platform, or via the ICEDA project Facebook page (@ICEDAproject).
