At our request, today, 20 May, a meeting with the Minister of Information Society and Administration was held. At this meeting, the project Increasing Civic Engagement in the Digital Agenda – ICEDA, co-funded by the European Union, was presented. The Ministry of Information Society and Administration (MISA) is an associated partner to this project.

The meeting was attended by MISA, along with Minister Damjan Mančevski, Marija Tegovska – Special Adviser for Public Relations and Elena Mančeva – IT Support Advisor to the Minister, while Metamorphosis representatives at the meeting were Bardhyl Jashari – Executive Director of the Metamorphosis Foundation and Mila Josifovska Danilovska – Program Manager for Social Accountability and Human Rights Online.

At the meeting, the increased relevance of the project during the pandemic was discussed, which will be further reflected in the promotion of e-services and digital literacy of citizens, as well as the potential synergies between institutions and civil society and joint activities that could be achieved within the project.


The project “Increasing Civic Engagement in the Digital Agenda – ICEDA” is implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation (North Macedonia), the Academy of e-Governance (Estonia), Levizja Mjaft! (Albania), CRTA – Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability (Serbia), NGO 35mm (Montenegro) and ODK – Open Data Kosovo (Kosovo). The project is being implemented with financial support from the European Union.
