Two more wiki-marathons held in Debar and Veles
After the marathons held in late April 2012, the wiki marathoners had another meeting. Namely, on May 4 in Debar and May 9 in Veles, two more wiki social events where held, attended by a total of 28 participants.

Wiki-marathons held in Veles and Debar
As part of the Project for decentralized cooperation between Macedonia and the region of Lower Normandy, the Metamorphosis Foundation, in collaboration with local partners – Focus Foundation from Veles and the Centre for sustainable community development – Debar, organized two wiki-marathons in April. The purpose of these events is to promote the Wiki technology as a means of sharing information of local importance in several municipalities in Macedonia and to raise awareness for active citizen participation through the use of new technologies.

Five debates on the topic of Social Media for Democracy held in universities in Macedonia
Metamorphosis held five debates on this topic in April, in cooperation with universities in the Republic of Macedonia, and as part of the project Social Media for Democracy. The debates were held in Skopje, at the European University, FON University and the University for Tourism and Management, and in Stip, at the University ‘Goce Delchev’ and the State University in Tetovo.

Debate ‘Social Media for Democracy’ held at the FON University
The debate on the topic: ‘Social Media for Democracy’ was held today April 17, 11.00h, at the FON University in Skopje. The debate was attended by 25 students from the political, legal, economic and information and communication sciences from the University.

Debate ‘Social Media for Democracy’ at the European University in Skopje
The debate on the topic ‘Social Media for Democracy’ will be held tomorrow, April 10, 11.00h, at the European University in Skopje. The debate will be moderated by representatives of Metamorphosis, and the purpose of the debate is to encourage active youth participation through discussion with current examples related to this topic.
